what equipment do i need?

You will get the most out of this program if you have access to a gym or well-equipped home gym. You will need a variety of dumbbells, barbell(s), plates, adjustable bench, long and short mini-bands, balls, and a chin-up bar.

can i make this program work at home?

Absolutely! You will need a well-equipped gym that includes a variety of dumbbells, a barbell, plates, adjustable bench, long and short mini-bands, balls, and a chin-up bar. If you need substitutions, you can always ask the support group in the app. I you have very limited equipment, you may prefer 1:1 coaching that can work around whatever equipment you have. 


how many workouts does it include?

There will be 3 workouts a week with sometimes a 4th 'optional' day! To get results you have to progress, so you'll learn how to progress with these same workouts for 4 weeks. The workouts include effective and efficient exercises, which is why you only need 3 days week. Each workout should take about 60 min. 


what if i need a substitution for an exercise?

You can ask the group community in the app anytime. I will be answering questions in there daily!

what will the recipe book include?

Once a month you will get a new recipe book that includes 30 new recipes! There will be 5 breakfasts, 5 small or side plates, 5 desserts and 15 main dishes.  Each comes with a mix of recipes some of which are vegetarian/vegan. There will be a vegan edition and smoothie edition as well! Each recipe will come with a MyFitnessPal barcode scanner for you to easily track your foods and double check that you are staying within your counts for each day. 

how will i get my program?

After signing up, you will get an email right away on instructions for downloading the app. Once you establish your profile in the app, the program will be delivered to you right away. You will be able to view this under the 'plans' tab and in your calendar. You can move the workouts around depending on your schedule. To determine your custom macros, Amanda will send you a short assessment to fill out. Then instructions on how to log your food to stay within your assigned macros. The new recipe book will be delivered via the messenger in the app every month!

do i receive support throughout?

There is a group support in the app that you can chat with, share wins, and ask questions anytime! I will be in there everyday checking in on you all. 

can i cancel or pause at any time?

Of course! Life is full of surprising events. You can cancel or anytime or pause it by simply asking. All your information will be saved so that you can start back up anytime!

when will i get my program?

Immediately! After you set up your profile in the app, you will be able to view your workouts right away under the ‘plans’ or ‘calendar’ tab. You can move the workouts around in your calendar depending on your schedule. 

Is this program customized?

No, it is not customized. If you would like a customized fitness and nutrition program with extra support, you can apply for the 1:1 coaching. 

does it come with custom macros?

Yes! After signing up, you will get a quick assessment. Once that is completed, I will send your custom macros based on your goals and body stats. You will want to stay within your macro targets to get the best results. Once you hit your goal, you can ask for new macros to maintain your new body longterm. 

can i log my food?

Yes! You will get instructions in the app on how to connect MyFitnessPal to the app. MyFitnessPal is a universal tool to easily track most foods! I highly recommend tracking your food for at least a few weeks so you become familiar with how much and what you’re eating . Track now so you don’t have to track later! If you follow the meals in the recipe book, you can easily track the foods by simply scanning the barcode for each meal.
