I'm a former hippy/current free-spirit who breaks all the rules in honor of my Innate Magic.
It's been nearly a decade since my health journey started and now I'm ready to share it with the world in hopes to inspire one at a time.
My story is about how I once struggled emotionally and physically and decided one day that I just had enough of it.
In my late teens and early twenties, I faced many challenges. Anxiety. Toxic relationships. Poor eating. Stress. Sickness. Alcohol. Drugs. I couldn't stand looking at myself in photos anymore...I felt disgusting. I was ashamed of myself, yet comfortable with my fixes. It was all I knew and the thought of the gym scared the crap out of me.

I hit rock bottom when I realized how much I was affecting those I love most around me with my bad habits. It took a lot of self-convincing to overcome things I never thought I could do. I started lifting weights, eating healthier foods and shifting negatives into positives. Before I knew it, my non-linear journey made me stronger, more confident, and so much happier!
I also tried OCR racing for a few years where my physical strength pushed me to break mental boundaries and helped me shape who I am today. Today you'll see me traveling the world for kiteboarding, having wine on the patio with my dogs and getting after one crazy adventure after the next!
At 32 years young, my main goal is to help you get to where you desire, motivate and show you the best way to accomplish your goals. I want to help you find the confidence and strength that I know is in you! I am fully committed to changing your life as I did my own.
I believe that fitness and diet should help us achieve a fun, healthy life - not dictate our every decision and hold us back. You’ll probably never see me on stage as a bodybuilder. But you will see me having fun in the gym, having drinks with my friends, and sharing what I believe life should really be about. Fitness is more than just looking good. It’s feeling good on both the inside and the outside.
