For many years I waited tables and trained in a gym until I felt a strong pull to the online fitness world. After trying and getting nowhere for 1.5 years on my own, I finally hired my first business coach. Within a few short months, I was working online full-time and continued to scale for the next year. 

During that time many other trainers reached out to me for advice on how I did it. After learning how much I LOVED the business side as well, I decided to listen to my intuition and fill the gap that I know so many fitness coaches need!

My main focus now is the Impact Coach Academy for coaches like you while also continuing on the side to build my fitness membership program called LIFT LIKE A BOSS.

How long is the program?

We work closely together for 12 weeks to dial in and get you results! After completion of the program, you have the option to continue month-to-month at a much lower rate.

Since this program is very one-on-one, the program only allows 5 new dedicated babes in monthly to ensure you each get enough time and energy from me to reach your goals!
